Internal Audit Manager Integration

Lead post-acquisition integration audits at Payward, applying risk assessment and control evaluation across a global, multi-jurisdiction mandate.

As an Internal Audit Manager, you will lead operational audits spanning governance, regulatory, financial, and operational processes. The work prioritizes acquired entities, control integration, data migration, licensing conditions, and change risk. You will also guide AI-enabled auditing, specialist support, and engagement delivery.

• Lead post-acquisition integration and operational audits across Payward
• Assess controls, integration risks, and regulatory change-of-control conditions
• Manage planning, fieldwork, reporting, and remediation validation
• Direct co-sourced specialists while retaining audit judgment ownership
• Mentor engagement teams and junior auditors through timely delivery

• 8+ years in internal audit, risk, or regulatory examination
• Strong generalist experience across regulated financial services processes
• Experience auditing multiple regulatory regimes and jurisdictions
• Leadership experience managing teams and co-sourced specialists
• Responsible generative AI use with human oversight
