Realstar is seeking a dedicated Assistant Resident Manager to join its two-person team. This role requires strong customer service, property maintenance, and general cleaning skills to promote a welcoming community. You will interact with residents, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of common areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet residents and address service requests within 24 hours
• Clean and maintain all common areas and vacant units
• Assist in monitoring HVAC and minor maintenance tasks
• Organize and promote resident community events
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and fix minor deficiencies
Requirements:
• Previous property management experience preferred
• Fluent in English and French
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs for various tasks
• Strong communication and professional appearance
