Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee scheduling and general office workflows
• Support AP and AR tasks, including data entry
• Mentor the Admin Assistant and delegate tasks
• Maintain client relations for overdue account follow-ups
• Prepare reports and ensure accurate record-keeping
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
• 2+ years in a similar office management role
• Experience in bookkeeping for high volume accounts
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Eligible to work in Canada
