In this Office Clerk role, you will balance cash registers, prepare payroll and manage employee files while ensuring key documents are sent to the accounting team. Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately balance cash registers daily
• Prepare payroll for employee compensation
• Organize and maintain employee documentation
• Forward documents to the accounting department
• Engage in Act5 management training
Requirements:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Office suite and computer systems
• Excellent fluency in French
• Availability for flexible working hours
• Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration skills
