** Parts Advisor**, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department by assisting customers and technicians, accurately sourcing and delivering parts, and maintaining an organized and well-stocked inventory.

** What You'll Do
*** Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts.
* Receive incoming parts and supplies, verify quantities, and report discrepancies.
* Recommend related parts, accessories, promotions, and available products.
* Answer incoming calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information.
* Pick and deliver parts to technicians using work orders or picking tickets.
* Process parts returns from the workshop.
* Pick up or deliver parts to suppliers and customers using a company vehicle when required.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked Parts Department.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.  
** What You'll Bring**
* ** Previous Ford dealership experience is strongly preferred.**
* ** Ford parts experience and familiarity with Ford parts systems/processes are considered a strong asset.**
* ** 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor preferred.
*** Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership Parts Department operations.
* Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
* Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.
