  • Co-create learning experiences to support the development and transformation of the sales community.
  • Ensure smooth deployment of learning experiences in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Develop and implement a targeted strategy to create an engaging experience for commercial leaders and stakeholders, ensuring they feel empowered and actively involved in the commercial transformation.
  • Lead onboarding & career strategy for commercial roles, ensuring new hires are equipped for success from day one and continue to grow.

  • Track and report on talent & business performance metrics, learning impact, and business outcomes, using data to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve learning & talent programs, using data, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Leverage industry best practices and benchmarks to propose innovative approaches that accelerate employee and leadership development and performance.

  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role in a global organization (in a commercial environment, an asset)
  • Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners.
  • Strategic learning and talent professional with strong project management skills
  • Known for your ability to influence without authority and bring diverse groups together around shared goals.
  • Strong curiosity and self-motivation for learning, delivering quality projects, or taking on new challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and tolerance to ambiguity.
