• Simplify renewal processes through automation and tools
• Manage case management for renewals and related issues
Requirements:
• Experience in Renewals or Revenue Operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Salesforce for renewals
