Modular Construction Superintendent Position

Lead on-site operations as a Construction Superintendent for modular building projects in Canada. Ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance while overseeing all construction activities.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to supervise modular building installations across various job sites in Canada. In this role, you will plan and coordinate construction activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications. Strong leadership, safety oversight, and effective communication skills are key to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct all facets of construction projects

• Supervise construction activities and subcontractor performance

• Ensure compliance with drawings, schedules, and budgets

• Collaborate with Project Managers and clients on timelines

• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in a supervisory role on construction sites

• Over 10 years in the construction industry

• Experience with Modular/Pre-Eng buildings preferred

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
