Assistant Infrastructure Manager

Under the supervision of the Infrastructure Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for:
Main tasks:
Implementing and monitoring the building maintenance plan;
Planning and supervising the team responsible for site cleaning and maintenance;
Determining and managing annual maintenance budgets;
Conducting preventative inspections of facilities;
Determining the necessary actions regarding building and/or infrastructure repairs. equipment;
Plan, supervise, and manage the work performed by subcontractors.

Additional duties:

• Prepare calls for tenders for maintenance contracts awarded to subcontractors;
• Assist tenants and respond to their requests regarding the management of their premises, if this falls under the landlord's responsibility;
• Attend exterior work, if required;
• Perform any other tasks related to the administration of the position.

To perform this role effectively, the successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Have similar or relevant work experience for the position;
• Hold a technical diploma in a field related to building maintenance or equivalent knowledge in the construction field;
• Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office, software, etc.);
• Analytical skills;
• Proactive, autonomous, and rigorous in completing work;
• Excellent organizational skills, structured approach, and ability to manage priorities;
• Collaborative spirit.
