In this key role, you will support industrial construction projects, ensuring alignment with client and internal objectives. With 40% travel required, you will manage all facets of project execution, including budget, scheduling, and procurement. Your leadership will guide teams in maintaining high safety standards and efficiency across various projects within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress

• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality for multi-asset projects

• Oversee HVAC assessments, roofing, and mechanical work

• Ensure compliance with safety operations and policies

• Build relationships with clients to enhance project outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience

• 4-5 years in project management for industrial construction

• Experience with MEP and HVAC projects

• Valid driver’s license required

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
