We are looking for a motivated and organized Corporate Customer Service Representative, ready to support our Account Managers and play a key role in client satisfaction and retention. In this Corporate Customer Service Representative role, reporting to the Sales Department, you will be responsible for:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients (200–300 accounts).
- Respond to client inquiries, ensure proactive follow-ups, and deliver a high-quality service experience.
- Manage and qualify incoming requests, directing them to the appropriate internal resources (sales, technical, administration).
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers (CRM updates, renewals, documentation).
- Prepare basic proposals and coordinate internal tasks.
- Ensure thorough follow-up on tasks, client files, and deadlines.
- Identify basic business opportunities and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in client meetings as needed.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualities:
Technical
Skills:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics or others, an asset).
- Comfortable with technology and highly interested in the IT field.
- Ability to learn new management systems quickly.
Personal
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of requests with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset, professionalism, and positive attitude.
- Versatility, proactivity, and autonomy.
- Strong team spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Experience & qualifications :
- Diploma in administration, business, sales, or a related field (an asset).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination/support, or a similar role.
- Valid driver’s licence for client visits.
- Fluency in French is required;
English is an asset, as some of our clients operate exclusively in English.
