In this role, you will assist callers with claims and medical inquiries, acting as a resource for clients and healthcare facilities. Your bilingual abilities in English and French will be essential in ensuring effective communication. Experience in customer service and telecommunications is desired for this engaging position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a resource for clients regarding their policy benefits
• Open claims and guide patients to healthcare providers
• Pre-approve necessary medical tests and share information
• Record all transactions accurately in the system
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
Requirements:
• College diploma or similar educational background
• Background in customer service or claims assistance
• Bilingual in English and French; additional languages appreciated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office
