This entry-level role focuses on supporting members and medical providers through various communication channels. You will validate insurance policies, confirm eligibility, and provide crucial information regarding benefits and bill status. Coordination of corporate client requests during off-hours is also essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist members and providers via phone, email, and more
• Validate and explain insurance policy benefits clearly
• Respond to inquiries about authorizations and billing statuses
• Locate appropriate medical providers for client needs
• Coordinate responses for corporate clients after hours
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 1-2 years in customer service roles
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
