UserTesting Project Coordinator

Position: UserTesting Project Coordinator Role
Support customer research projects at User Testing as a Project Coordinator, coordinating participant recruitment on a Thursday to Monday schedule.

Your role will focus on maintaining high standards in project execution and customer communication.

As a Project Coordinator, you'll oversee the lifecycle of research project requests from initiation to execution. You'll utilize the User Interviews platform for participant recruitment while managing multiple customer interactions efficiently. Your problem-solving capabilities and proactive communication will be essential in resolving any issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and confirm the readiness of research requests

• Execute participant recruitment independently on weekends

• Oversee numerous active recruitment requests

• Proactively monitor progress and address challenges

• Engage with customers and provide timely updates

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in operations or customer engagement

• Must work Thursday through Monday, 9 AM–6 PM ET

• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar tools

• Proven experience managing multiple customer interactions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
