In this position, you will take charge of your territory, serving as the primary customer contact. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, managing calls, and inputting orders into our ERP system. Your input will also be valuable in collaborating with sales and enhancing internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the internal customer contact for your assigned territory
• Effectively handle and route customer calls
• Enter quotes and orders into the ERP system
• Provide high-quality responses to product inquiries
• Collaborate internally to fulfill customer requests
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Relevant experience in the customer service field
