With a flexible schedule of 15-25 hours a week, you will play a crucial role in managing inquiries and contributing to visitor satisfaction at our shopping center. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and guide them through the shopping center

• Answer inquiries accurately for customers and staff

• Collaborate effectively with service delivery partners

• Administer gift card sales and maintain cash balance

• Ensure a clean work environment and efficient service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications

• Good command of the English language

• Availability for part-time weekday and weekend shifts
