Deliver exceptional customer service at Planet Fitness in London, Ontario, using front desk communication and basic computer skills. Support members throughout each shift.
As a Member Services Representative, you will create positive experiences for members, prospective members, and guests. The position includes answering phones, checking members into the system, conducting tours, and signing up new members. You will also respond to questions and maintain club cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet members, prospective members, and guests professionally
- Answer phones and assist callers with questions
- Check members into the system
- Conduct tours and sign up new members
- Complete cleaning lists, checks, and assigned projects
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency
- Customer service background preferred
- Punctuality, reliability, and professional communication
