Overview
Sherbrooke Dental, a family dental practice in Saint John, is seeking a Dental Practice Lead/Manager (full‑time, salaried) Monday‑Friday. The role involves operational planning, compliance, patient safety, and team leadership, supporting a modern, patient‑focused practice.

Responsibilities- Build and execute plans to improve daily operations, ensuring maximum productivity and operational excellence.
- Develop strategies to increase organic patient growth and continually review clinic environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Compliance, DC Institute, and Human Resources to ensure full compliance with provincial health regulation standards; manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice.
- Lead, coach and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement and patient retention; oversee company programs, policies, and procedures.
- Support recruitment efforts; interview dental professionals and assess for best fit.
- Manage and analyze daily staffing costs and payroll administration; oversee accounts receivable process.
- University or college diploma in business or office administration.
- 3‑5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager.
- Experience in supervisory or management roles contributing to business operations (staff scheduling, finances, inventory, people management).
- Strong business acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards.
- Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs.
