Summer STEM Program Facilitator

Lead student activities in McGill University's summer STEM program as a Learning Facilitator. Promote engagement and learning while guiding students through various educational experiences.

McGill University is seeking six Learning Facilitators for its Exploring the World of STEM program from July 13 to August 1, 2026. You will play a key role in mentoring students, leading discussions, and supporting their collaborative learning while ensuring a structured and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany students to workshops and activities

• Ensure organization and attention during sessions

• Facilitate discussions following activities

• Assist with project presentations

• Act as a supportive mentor during the program

Requirements:

• Enrolled or recently graduated from McGill University

• Background in STEM-related fields

• Experience in educational or youth initiatives

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English; knowledge of French preferred
