Position: Support Global Aviation Learners
Become a Monitor at McGill University's School of Continuing Studies and engage with international adult learners from June 22 to June 26, 2026. Facilitate educational excursions, enhance cultural understanding, and support leadership initiatives.

This part-time role seeks enthusiastic individuals to accompany groups for aviation-related activities in Montreal. Ideal candidates will showcase strong communication and organizational skills, enhancing the experiences of adult learners. You will promote engagement in discussions and assist with logistics to create smooth transitions during daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany groups to aviation site visits and workshops

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and respectful conduct

• Facilitate engaging discussions after activities

• Support collaborative group projects and presentations

• Serve as an approachable contact during excursions

Requirements:

• Current student or recent McGill graduate preferred

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

• Previous experience as a monitor or leader preferable

• Interest in aviation or leadership is an asset

• Comfortable engaging with diverse adult learners
