The Socio-Vocational Integration Teacher is responsible for empowering employees through individualized coaching and group sessions. This role encompasses delivering curriculum-based training, offering real-time support, and fostering a collaborative environment. The SVI Teacher focuses on enhancing interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence among staff to improve the quality of care provided to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver SVI curriculum-based training to home-care staff
• Supervise and support employees in daily tasks
• Facilitate individual and group meetings for learning needs
• Provide on-site guidance within the residence
• Collaborate during shifts for real-time coaching
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education with valid Teaching Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of teaching or coaching experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Strong knowledge of career development tools
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
