Empower home-care staff as a Socio Vocational Integration Teacher at New Horizons Adult Education Center in Richmond, QC.

As an SVI Teacher, you will be pivotal in guiding home-care employees through personalized training and support. You’ll conduct both individual coaching and group sessions, ensuring an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Socio Vocational Integration training sessions

• Supervise staff and support their daily tasks

• Facilitate group meetings to address learning needs

• Provide monthly updates on employee progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education with valid Teaching Certificate

• Minimum 5 years of teaching or coaching experience

• Bilingual in English and French with strong communication skills

• Knowledge of career development tools

• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a passion for mentoring
