Kitchen Brigades offers a unique opportunity for experienced chefs or passionate home cooks to make an impact in local schools. As a Consultant Chef Trainer, you'll deliver culinary workshops weekly, teaching essential cooking techniques.

Your role involves collaboration with diverse youth while utilizing materials from La Tablée des Chefs for an effective learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one culinary workshop each week

• Teach foundational cooking techniques and recipes

• Prepare workshop content in advance

• Purchase necessary ingredients within budget

• Coordinate culinary challenges with local establishments

Requirements:

• Passionate about food and teaching

• Comfortable engaging with teens aged 12–17

• Empathetic, organized, and reliable

• Completed cooking training or equivalent

• Previous experience in education or facilitation is an asset
