Join McGill University as a Teaching Assistant for the Winter 2027 term, supporting nursing courses in both online and on-campus formats. This role emphasizes grading, feedback, and student engagement.
The Ingram School of Nursing seeks ten Teaching Assistants for multiple courses including NUR1 210, NUR1 301, and NUR2 501. You will primarily be responsible for grading assignments, hosting student review meetings, and collaborating with course supervisors. Ideal candidates will hold a current Master's or Doctorate and possess teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grade student assignments across various formats
• Host meetings to review and provide feedback on assignments
• Maintain email communications with course supervisors
• Assist in creating engaging learning activities
• Support a total enrolment of 740 students
Requirements:
• Current Master’s or Doctoral student at Mc Gill
• Graduate teaching experience preferred
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Background in Nursing or Biomedical Sciences
