BGIS Senior Maintenance Scheduling Expert

Drive maintenance excellence as a Senior Maintenance Planner Scheduler with BGIS. In this full-time role, you’ll ensure the reliability of fulfillment center operations through effective scheduling.

As a key member of the operations team, reporting to the Operations Manager, your expertise will be instrumental in planning preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance efforts.

Your role includes leveraging CMMS systems to facilitate workflow and enhance resource management across various high-volume sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning of all maintenance activities using client and internal systems

• Ensure timely execution of work orders through team coordination

• Analyze and report on maintenance effectiveness and cost

• Mentor service delivery coordinators and lead planning meetings

• Promote safety adherence in all planning activities

Requirements:

• Engineering degree, trades certificate, or relevant diploma

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning

• Ability to multitask in dynamic environments

• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft programs

• Familiarity with CMMS systems, preferably SAP
