The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for multidisciplinary and industrial HVAC project management across a variety of mandates, bringing your technical expertise, leadership, and ability to coordinate teams in a highly collaborative, high-impact environment.
Your Impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements, present concepts, and communicate study results.
- Manage multidisciplinary and/or industrial HVAC projects throughout their full life cycle.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and contribute to budget estimates to support rigorous project planning.
- Review and oversee the production of technical documents: tender packages, specifications, reports, and design deliverables.
- Supervise the work of technicians, designers, and professionals assigned to projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Actively participate in the design of plans, specifications, and details for mechanical, industrial, mining, or institutional projects.
- Support the project manager, as needed, with coordination, schedule tracking, and budget management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of work methods and to technical innovation within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in industrial or mining mechanics.
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
- Knowledge of building mechanics (DEC considered an asset).
- Experience in consulting engineering considered an asset.
- Natural leadership, rigor, initiative, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- ASP Construction card required.
- Valid driver’s licence.

- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,854 – $107,050
- MB & ON: $73,830 – $101,516
- NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $70,499 – $96,936
The final salary offered for this position may differ from the range indicated above based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, level of responsibility, geographic location, performance, and organizational needs. The salary range may be adjusted for business reasons.
