Do you love understanding how a system works... and especially why it doesn't?
At Exonetik, you'll experience the excitement of a startup combined with the energy of a rapidly growing high-tech company.
Here, you won't just develop test benches. You'll directly contribute to the development of innovative technologies by demonstrating that our products truly meet performance, quality, and reliability requirements.
We are looking for a curious, rigorous, and passionate individual who enjoys programming, testing, and troubleshooting complex systems.
This position is for you if...
You enjoy connecting equipment, adding instrumentation, and building test benches.
You take pleasure in understanding why a system is not working.
You prefer working in the lab over pure design activities.
You enjoy programming just as much as working with hardware.
You naturally turn requirements into concrete test cases.
You enjoy analyzing data and solving technical problems.
You believe a product is only truly finished once it has been proven to work.
Your Role   Design, assemble, instrument, and commission test benches.
Develop automated test applications using NI LabVIEW.
Create test plans, test procedures, and acceptance criteria.
Perform validation and verification testing of mechanical, electronic, and software systems.
Acquire data, analyze results, and document findings.
Participate in prototype debugging and identify root causes of failures.
Collaborate with design teams to improve products.
Prepare procedures, reports, and technical documentation.
Contribute to the design of new products to facilitate validation and testing.

The Ideal Candidate   A College Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or equivalent).
2 to 5 years of experience in test development or test execution (or more, depending on your profile).

Experience with NI LabVIEW (a major asset).
Strong knowledge of data acquisition systems and instrumentation.
Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, DAQ systems, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong technical writing abilities.
Good bilingual proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
What Will Truly Set You Apart  We are looking for someone passionate about integrated systems validation and verification, specifically the right-hand side of the V-model development lifecycle.
You enjoy pushing systems to their limits, understanding the causes of failures, improving performance, and demonstrating with evidence that a product meets its requirements.
At Exonetik, we believe a product only has value once its robustness has been proven. Designing it is important, but pushing it to its limits to demonstrate it will perform in the real world is even more essential.
If you would rather prove that a product works than simply design it, you'll likely thrive with us.
Why Exonetik?  At Exonetik, ideas quickly become prototypes, and prototypes become products.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team where collaboration, innovation, and autonomy are part of everyday life. Your ideas will have a real impact on the technologies we develop.
