YOU LOVE TO:

Receive and ship part orders to clients or between stores,

Carry out telephone calls to clients, so as to monitor orders,

Efficiently maintain stock movements in the parts system – maintain a proper inventory at all times,

Arrange displays in the showroom, so as to meet all the needs of the clients,

Also, may answer all internal requests from workshop technicians and serve clients with enthusiasm and meet all their needs by carrying out various searches,

At all times, comply with the standards and policies regarding health and safety in the workplace.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Experience as a parts clerk (in the agricultural or industrial field) is considered an asset.

A genuine passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector.

Functional English: an asset to serve English-speaking customers related to the role.

Strong skills in verbal communication, active listening, understanding customer needs, thoroughness in your research, and a true passion for customer service!
