Position: Live Nation Artist Management Associate
Exciting opportunity for an Artist Management & Operations Associate at Live Nation Entertainment in Beverly Hills. Support artists’ careers through scheduling, logistics, and project coordination in a vibrant environment.

As an Artist Management & Operations Associate, you’ll collaborate closely with the management team to fulfill artists' visions. This in-office role focuses heavily on communication, coordination, and administrative duties, requiring excellent detail orientation and proactive problem-solving skills. You'll navigate both artist and company operations, contributing to Live Nation's ecosystem of over 50,000 events worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage artist calendars, prioritize scheduling needs

• Maintain and organize touring and logistics data

• Facilitate communication with internal teams and external partners

• Coordinate promotional schedules and project deliverables

• Organize and maintain project assets and records

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in entertainment or music industry coordination

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
