As a financial services professional, you're attentive to the needs of our members and clients. You look for ways to support their financial well-being in every situation. You provide excellent customer service and high-quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. More specifically, you will be required to:
Support members and clients by telling them existing applications and technological tools that can help them do transactions and operations on their own.
Welcoming members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertains members' and customers' needs in order to direct them to individuals who can assist them or to alternative distribution channels.
Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities.
Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and ensure that they are referred to the appropriate partners.
Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors and improve the service offered to members
