Senior Corporate Tax Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager, you will support a scaling Canadian technology company. Your work spans corporate income tax, indirect tax, ASC 740 provisions, and cross-border filings. Collaboration includes Finance, Legal, Treasury, People, external advisors, and auditors.

• Co-lead quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions
• Prepare financial statement disclosures and return-to-provision true-ups
• Coordinate Canadian, United States, and international tax compliance
• Support T106, T1134, indirect tax, and foreign affiliate reporting
• Manage tax payments, installments, audits, and inquiries

• CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA designation
• Three to five years of progressive corporate tax experience
• Canadian corporate income tax principles and compliance knowledge
• Experience in public accounting or an in-house tax function
• Clear communication and end-to-end project ownership
