Deliver accurate financial transactions and thoughtful banking advice as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in Magog, Quebec. Support customers directly at the branch.
This Customer Experience Associate position serves TD Canada Trust customers through transactions, advice, and problem resolution. You will understand customer needs, recommend banking solutions, and refer customers to appropriate team members. The role requires customer experience skills, organization, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities appropriately
Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
Deliver quality experiences and recommend operational improvements
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet
Calm, courteous, effective verbal and written communication
