Personal Banking Associate

Serve Sherbrooke customers as a Personal Banking Associate, delivering banking advice, service transactions, and digital education at TD Canada Trust.
This branch role builds relationships with existing and prospective customers while addressing financial needs. You will guide customers toward accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. The position includes customer problem resolution, confidential judgement, and support for frontline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers through advice, transactions, digital education, and problem resolution
Guide customers to appropriate contacts for banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete accurate processes and compliant documentation
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Strong organization, communication, planning, and time management skills
Bring customer experience, banking knowledge, digital education, and sound judgement to TD Canada Trust in Sherbrooke.
