Financial Services Representative

Build trusted client relationships as a Financial Services Representative at CIBC in Sherbrooke, using financial planning and tailored service. Work full-time on-site across banking centres.
As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will understand personal and business priorities, recommend suitable products, and support clients’ financial success. You will use knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection. The position requires flexibility for banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and multiple nearby locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet clients and understand personal and business priorities
Advise clients on solutions and forward-looking financial plans
Recommend products supporting clients’ financial goals
Build relationships through marketing and outreach activities
Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
Requirements:
Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
One year working with clients and achieving sales results
Knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection
Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and critical-thinking approach
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and nearby banking centres
Bring client service, financial products, digital literacy, and relationship-building skills to CIBC’s Sherbrooke banking centres.
