Patient Care Coordinator – Med Sleep, Ontario

Position Responsibilities:
  • This position is full-time and will require someone who can work 37.5 hours per week.
  • Perform administrative duties such as managing follow up tasks, contacting patients to facilitate next steps in their care and updating the EMR system.
Skills &

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1+ year of professional administrative experience (required).
  • Knowledge of sleep medicine and CPAP therapy (preferred).
  • Sales experience (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, with the ability to understand and apply new procedures quickly.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and good time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task, assess situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to follow direction effectively.
