In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and software
Provide technical support to computer users ranging from level 1 to 3
Assist in resolving issues related to systems, networks, and applications
Apply IT security measures, including updates
Manage and maintain the IT inventory
Participate in system optimization and technological process improvement
Collaborate with other departments to deploy new IT tools and solutions
Participate in the acquisition of IT supplies

Profile      With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

DEC in computer science
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows)
Basic knowledge of command line languages (Power Shell)
Knowledge of networks
Experience in technical support and hardware and software troubleshooting
Ability to install, configure, and update equipment and software
Independent, good team spirit, and ability to adapt to change
Strong focus on internal customers (users) and understanding their needs
Skills in complex problem solving, critical thinking, and analysis
Good work ethic
