You'll Have The Opportunity To
- Identify and proactively resolve supply chain issues, collaborating with Procurement Coordinators and managers to develop action plans.
- Influence stakeholders on supply chain and sourcing initiatives.
- Understand sourcing market landscape.
- Understand and evaluate the impacts of both strategic and tactical decisions on the short term strategy of the supply base.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related areas.
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent mentoring, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and IBP is an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
