This fully onsite role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong bilingual communication skills. You will provide first and second-level Help Desk support at our Montreal location while collaborating with the Endpoint Services team. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining inventory, and assisting customers with their endpoint devices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to onsite and remote staff
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues
• Build and deploy endpoint devices following procedures
• Assist customers with setup and configuration of devices
• Install software and upgrades on personal computers
Requirements:
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and JAMF
• College Certificate in Information Technology or similar
• Strong skills in Windows OS and network management
• Ability to work extended hours for support
