OnX Canada is working with an enterprise Insurance provider seeking a Bilingual Technical Analyst for a 1-year contract. This resource is required to work fully onsite at our client's headquarters in Sherbrooke.
Duration: 1 Year

Required Skills- Fully Bilingual in French and English
- Demonstrated experience Microsoft Office 365
- Strong JAMF experience
- Strong Mac experience
- Work directly with the Endpoint Services team to provide technical support to staff working remotely or located in-office
- Provide first and second level Help Desk support onsite to our Montreal location as part of our onsite essential services team.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by customers in various business areas and Information Technology related to desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Help maintain inventory, build, and deploy endpoint devices following documented and automated procedures ensuring the highest levels of quality are maintained throughout the asset’s life cycle.
- Assist customers in the setup and configuration of their personal computer or related endpoint devices.
- Provide instructions to customers regarding the basic use of personal computers and the corporate network.
- Install software products and product upgrades on personal computers or related devices.
- Read industry publications regarding the provision of personal computer technical support.
- Assist Network & Host Computing Infrastructure staff as required.
- Align with corporate policies and maintain Liability security clearance.
- The ability and willingness to work extended hours to provide onsite and remote support and call-out support is required.
- College Certificate in Information Technology or a Computer Science Degree is required as well as actual workplace experience supporting a technical help desk.
- Good knowledge and experience with the following technologies:
Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Entra , Local Area and Wide Area Networks, Wireless Networks, Printers, MS Teams collaboration platform, and mobile devices management skills are required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Proficient bilingualism (French/English) is required for this position.
