Position: Lead Security Engineer for Healthcare AI
Take charge as a Senior Security Engineer with People Machine, focusing on security architecture in healthcare AI solutions. Benefit from a hybrid work model while advancing security measures across critical domains.

This role reports to the Director of Cybersecurity within an agile startup environment. You'll be instrumental in designing Azure security solutions and partnering with teams to integrate security from the earliest stages of development. Your expertise will also be vital for compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Azure-native security architectures across hybrid environments

• Collaborate on compliance evidence collection and audit readiness

• Develop incident response strategies and monitoring capabilities

• Engage in security design reviews and threat modeling activities

• Champion security best practices within the engineering teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in security engineering

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure security ecosystem

• Experience with SOC 2 Type II and healthcare regulations

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
