Job Description

As a Scrum Master (SAFe), you will lead and support multiple Scrum teams delivering high‑quality software on a regular cadence. You will play a key role in coaching teams toward maturity, fostering collaboration across teams, and supporting delivery in a scaled Agile environment.

What does your typical day look like?

• Serve as a leader for multiple Agile teams within the ART
• Coach teams on Scrum, Lean‑Agile mindset, and SAFe practices
• Facilitate team‑level ceremonies and support PI readiness and execution
• Identify, elevate, and help resolve cross‑team dependencies and systemic impediments
• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and value delivery
• Protect Agile and SAFe principles while collaborating with stakeholders
• Use flow, predictability, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe / scaled Agile environment
• Proven ability to coach teams toward higher levels of maturity and predictability
• Experience supporting multiple teams with shared dependencies
• Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills
• SAFe SM, PSM, or equivalent certification
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence
