Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Source-to-Pay (S2P) Program Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of procurement and supply chain processes as part of a global SAP S/4

HANA rollout program. The role includes ownership across SAP Activate phases—Explore, Realize, Testing, Deploy, and Run—and requires strong leadership, solutioning capability, and stakeholder management. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to support Puerto Rico and LATAM stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • 10–15+ years SAP experience in MM/S2P; solid S/4

    HANA implementation expertise; experience in global rollout programs.
  • Lead the Source-to-Pay (Procure-to-Pay) lifecycle including sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and inventory integration. Ensure alignment with global SAP template and manage localization requirements.
  • Act as S2P Track Lead, drive Fit-to-Template workshops, manage delivery milestones, and coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and O2C teams. Lead offshore/onshore teams.
  • Define PDDs, FSDs, and WRICEF objects. Ensure SAP best practices and compliance with global template governance and localization needs.
  • Drive data migration activities for suppliers, material, inventory, and purchasing objects. Lead mapping, reconciliation, and integration with external systems.
  • Lead SIT, UAT cycles, defect resolution, and go‑live readiness. Support cutover execution and hyper‑care stabilization.
  • Engage with business, IT, and leadership stakeholders. Conduct workshops and communications in English and Spanish.
  • Support training, business readiness, and user adoption activities. Drive Train the Trainer approach.
  • Proven ability to lead large SAP programs, manage cross‑functional teams, and drive delivery governance.
Required Qualifications
  • Senior SAP professional with 10–15+ years of experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written); able to conduct workshops and training sessions in Spanish.
  • Experience with SAP Activate, data migration tools, integration technologies, and manufacturing/distribution domain.
  • Ownership mindset, strong communication, leadership capability, and ability to manage complex SAP landscapes.
