Position: SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay Lead Role

HANA initiatives as a Source-to-Pay Program Lead with AMPSTEK LLC. Utilize your extensive experience in procurement and supply chain processes for a global rollout.
This senior role demands 10–15+ years of SAP S/4

HANA expertise and fluency in English and Spanish. You will lead the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including sourcing and procurement, while ensuring compliance with the global SAP template. Collaboration with finance and logistics teams will be key as you manage localization and oversee offshore/onshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the S2P lifecycle from sourcing to inventory integration

• Drive Fit-to-Template workshops and manage delivery milestones

• Define PDDs, FSDs, and ensure compliance with best practices

• Conduct data migration for suppliers and purchasing objects

• Manage SIT, UAT, and support go-live readiness
Requirements:

• 10–15+ years in SAP S/4

HANA and MM/S2P

• Bilingual in English and Spanish for training and workshops

• Familiarity with SAP Activate and data migration tools

• Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills

• Proven experience in leading large SAP programs
