Your team:

As a member of the IT Project Manager’s team, you will be part of an agile, multidisciplinary team specializing in manufacturing projects. You will work closely with internal partners, including the manufacturing plants within Michelin’s off-road business line.

Your role
:

On a daily basis, you will contribute to Agile and Lean values such as cooperation, transparency, courage, and humility to foster teamwork. You will continually seek to improve efficiency, streamline production lines, help update IT standards, and leverage modern digital tools-including AI tools-to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

  • analyzing the operational needs of various departments;

  • engaging with all levels of the organization to identify detailed needs and determine functional and non-functional requirements, such as those related to security, performance, governance, monitoring, and availability;

  • understanding business processes and proposing improvements;

  • designing and implementing solutions according to SAP best practices;

  • providing SAP expertise and configuring the system’s various modules;

  • participating in project activities such as solution design, testing phases, training, and updating documentation;

  • using AI tools on a daily basis (e.g., copilots, generative AI) to:

-assist in drafting and reviewing functional and technical specifications;

-support the creation of test cases, test scenarios, and test data;

-improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of documentation;

-developing new general, technical, and digital skills (including AI) to strengthen your ability to design and deliver IT solutions.

Successful Delivery

A stable, high-performance, scalable, secure solution that is easy to use, maintain, and operate is designed and developed, incorporating non-functional requirements:

  • Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the systems;

  • Delivering solutions that offer an excellent user experience;

  • Leveraging automation and AI-assisted analytics to improve solution quality and reduce anomalies.

Rapid Delivery

An incremental (“Do & Learn”) approach is used during design and development to reduce timelines, specifically by:

  • implementing automation for component testing and deployment;

  • using AI tools to accelerate development, testing, analysis, and documentation cycles;

  • delivering incremental features quickly while maintaining high quality standards.

What do you need to possess to be successful in this role?

  • An associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in business administration (information technology management), management information systems, or a related field;

  • At least 4 years of experience as an IT business analyst (or in a similar role);

  • Strong knowledge of the SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules (a major asset);

  • Basic knowledge of other SAP modules:
    Finance/Management Accounting, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution;

  • Experience or a strong interest in using AI tools in a business setting (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, SAP Joule, or similar tools) to support analysis,…
