Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company
The IT Operations team is responsible for providing the tools, systems, and support that enable Sherweb employees to work efficiently and securely. As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining a reliable technology environment and delivering day-to-day technical support across the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs. You will collaborate with employees across different teams to resolve technical issues and continuously improve the user experience.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about technology, with a desire to learn, solve problems, and contribute to operational excellence.
