As the Service Desk Team Lead, you will lead the daily operations of the service desk, ensuring effective incident management and resolution. Your expertise in ITIL practices will guide the team in delivering customer-focused technical support. You will mentor team members, monitor performance, and drive process improvements to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily Service Desk operations and incident resolution
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA adherence
• Provide hands-on support for complex technical issues
• Document incident and request details accurately
• Drive first contact resolution and improve service processes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in IT service desk or technical support role
• 1-2 years in supervisory capacity
• Familiarity with healthcare applications like MEDITECH
• ITIL certification preferred
• Strong customer service skills in high-pressure situations
