** Your role**:
***** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
* Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to integrate various sources of data into easy to consume data products.
* Design and build reporting data models, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
* Ensure data quality, performance optimization, observability and security across all developed solutions, following best practices in cloud-based data architecture.
* Stay up to date with new features and technologies to continuously improve existing data pipelines, data models and reporting tools.
* Create and update solution documentation such as data lineage, data dictionary, metrics calculation logic etc.
* Strong interest in artificial intelligence (e.g.: generative AI, machine learning and deep learning)
* Technical or bachelor's degree in computer science.
* 5+ years of experience in IT industry.
* 2 years in data solutions development.
* Experience building ETL processes and data solutions.
* Good experience with programing language such as SQL, Python and DAX.
* Experience with MS SSIS, Azure Dev Ops, Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
* Experience with Power

BI or other reporting tools.
* Good understanding of modern BI & Analytics architecture in cloud environments.
* Ease in a bilingual environment (French and English), so you can communicate orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.
* Curiosity about new technologies, particularly AI.
* Strong skills in data analysis and business analysis.
* Proficiency in data integration and deployment of data systems.
* Ability to solve problems and optimize performance.
* Knowledge of data security best practices.
