Key Responsibilities:

• Manage licensing for Office 365 and Dynamics 365

• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new partners and clients

• Address technical inquiries related to the platform

• Propose enhancements to current processes

• Ensure completion of administrative follow-up tasks

Requirements:

• Collegial degree or relevant experience in Marketing or IT

• Strong communication skills and multitasking ability

• Expertise in Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Fluent in English, with French being an asset

• Knowledge of Power Shell advantageous
