What You’ll Accomplish With Us  As a Product Manager, Data and Artificial Intelligence, you will be at the heart of our mission.

Key responsibilities include:

Define product vision, business objectives, target audiences, and value propositions for data and AI products.
Build, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap aligned with strategic priorities, expected value, risks, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
Translate business and user needs into problems to solve, value hypotheses, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and clear user stories.
Prioritize the product backlog by balancing business value, technical feasibility, data quality, integration complexity, security, compliance, and user experience.
Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation activities, including proof of concepts, prototypes, pilot projects, user testing, A/B testing, and phased rollouts.
Collaborate closely with data, AI, engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, risk management, user experience, and business teams.
Define product success metrics, including adoption, usage, satisfaction, business value, operational performance, and, where appropriate, model performance measures.
Monitor solutions after deployment to measure benefits, identify issues related to quality, bias, drift, performance, or adoption, and prioritize continuous improvements.
Promote the responsible use of artificial intelligence by embedding principles of ethics, transparency, explainability, security, privacy, and data governance by design.
Prepare and communicate recommendations, trade-offs, progress updates, risks, and results to stakeholders at various levels, including leaders and governance committees.
Contribute to market intelligence efforts related to generative AI, intelligent agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), automation, advanced analytics, and data platforms to identify new value-creation opportunities.
