Position: UPS Supervisor for Package Handling
Join UPS as a Part-Time Supervisor overseeing package handlers in Sherbrooke, QC. Focus on safety, productivity, and employee training to enhance team performance.

In this role, the supervisor will train and support Package Handlers and Clerks, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Working Monday to Friday, flexibility is necessary for various shift hours. You will also facilitate group meetings and ensure that team members are held accountable for their work attendance and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and onboard new employees effectively

• Supervise and evaluate the team's daily operations

• Lead group discussions for ongoing improvement

• Address and resolve package handling concerns

• Maintain UPS's high ethical standards in all interactions

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English for communication

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs as needed

• Must have reliable transportation

• Flexible schedule availability for shifts

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
